From 2017-2023, I designed and redesigned Doctor search engine results eight times across five products. This includes the Sorts and Filters, as well as the Search Engine Results Pages, and the product cards for each individual doctor. Most customers these days search "doctor near me." To sell a doctors as a digital product, the customer needs to know Who What When and Where is the possible appointments could be (cost is left off in healthcare).

To provide that information a Doctor search results Card needs to be designed with fields for address, insurance search, dates available, doctor's name distance, affiliations, board certifications, and post 2020, videos, podcasts, star ratings, and reviews. For new customers, pitched the prompt interaction version where the most available doctor within 2 miles is simply pitched first, but we did not implement.

Upon release of my first Doctor Search redesign, Doctor Booking conversions increased 5x immediately. When I left in 2023, I'd increased bottom line doctor booking 55x and it was like that across all services.

Big conversions jumps came when:
* I got marketing's support to get high-res close-up images of the doctors - huge boost
* I earned stakeholder support to start getting doctor star ratings and reviews - huge
* I earned stakeholder blessings to implement the insurance filter - huge
* I got clinical support to algorithmically foreground doctors with MORE availability first
